That awkward moment in a verbal conversation where english words sound like frumspeak

Me: so will you have to make phone calls and send emails to them?
M2: nope, the students will do that for me
Me: look at you, with your minions!
Me: um, that was minions. not minyans.
Me: with an 'o' not a 'y'
